Q. Who do I contact?
A. Eco-Efficient. Please use our contact us page to get in touch with us.

Q. How do I know if I qualify for a new boiler?
A. Contact Eco-Efficient and we will assess your situation and determine whether or not you qualify. If you are in receipt of any of the following benefits, then you may be entitled to a free boiler and installation: Working Tax Credit Child Tax Credit Pension Credit Universal Credit Jobseekers Allowance Income Support Or any other benefit which you may think entitles you for this scheme (if unsure, please contact us) You must also be a homeowner or have the permission of the landlord you are renting your home from. You may also qualify if your boiler is quite old and/or not in working order.

Q. Who pays for all this?
A. The government funds this scheme through the six largest energy suppliers, who are now obligated to participate in the scheme. Hence, you have absolutely nothing to pay towards the cost. If, in the rare circumstance, you do not qualify for a completely free boiler, it is still heavily subsidised for you. Overall, you will still make significant savings.

Q. Why is the government funding this?
A. In order to help low income families with their energy bills and reduce the negative impact old boilers are having on the environment. The new energy efficient boilers heat up homes much better than the old boilers and reduce the carbon footprint.

Q. How long does the whole process take?
A. You will receive a decision within 24 to 48 hours after submitting your application. If your application is successful, it can take 2-4 weeks after that to install the boiler. However, the timescales can vary as there is a huge demand for our services, but we aim to complete the whole process as soon as possible for each person. The installation date is always arranged when it is more convenient for you.

Q. Is it a long application form?
A. No. It is a simple form and only your basic details are required. If you need help filling in the form, our staff are more than happy to assist you with this.

Q. How long is this funding available for?
A. There is no official date yet which indicates the termination of this scheme. All you need to know is that it is only for a limited time, so please take advantage of it now.

Q. Do you pass my details on to other companies?
A. No. We carry out all the work ourselves. You will not be dealing with any middle-men.

Q. How much can I save on my energy bills?
A. This varies from one person to another. Some people are saving up to £340 per year.

Q. I rent my property, do I still qualify?
A. Yes, you may still qualify for a new boiler. All you need is permission from your landlord for us to carry out this work.
